• Send course-related notifications

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on learner consent (sending the first message) and service execution.

5. Retention periods

• WhatsApp sessions: 24 hours after last message
• Progress and certificates: retained indefinitely
• Messages: 30 days maximum

6. Data sharing

Your data is not sold. It may be shared with:

• Meta (WhatsApp Business API) — for message delivery
• Supabase (database hosting) — secure storage in Europe
• Vercel (web hosting) — in the United States

7. Your rights
